Frequently Asked Questions:
When can I expect to receive my Wedding Photo/Video?
I always put a 2-6 week window on (ALL) deliverables, all Photos within 1-2 weeks, and video within 2-6 weeks. I’ve always been able to meet this expectation! Don’t be surprised if those are delivered sooner than the timeframe 😎
This varies for other packages. Smaller packages (Family, Engagement, and Small Events) can expect a quicker turnaround time
What is your booking process?
When it comes to any Wedding/Event, and most bookings I do ask for a deposit of $500 to book the date. I can accept these through Zelle, and Square. Before booking I’ll script up and send (2) contracts that’ll include our package agreement! For Weddings I’ll also script up and send a Questionnaire that’ll help with day-of planning. (Travel costs are not included in any package pricing, though are calculated & added into the agreement doc/final price)
For larger Events and every Photo/Video package, I’ll have an additional team member. Mostly handling Video. In the instance I can’t attend, I’ll have 1-2 of my professional team members cover the event for me
How will you send the photos, and how long will they be available?
I send all of my edited Photo/Video through Google Drive, while having these available for (1 Month) This is also stated in our agreement. The reasoning on this is the continuous of work, and uploading newer projects weekly! If you ever need anything edited re-uploaded, I’m always happy to do that, though can’t promise we’ll have everything after a certain date.
What if Jack Dalten isn’t personally available?
If I’m not personally able to attend your event, you’ll be in great hands with 1–3 trusted members of my team. Every shooter on our team is highly experienced, has covered dozens of events, and is fully prepared to handle any situation with professionalism and care. I’ve personally trained and oversee my team to ensure the same quality, style, and attention to detail you expect when booking with us.
Do you include all RAW Images/Footage?
I don’t, the reason being is that it doesn’t represent my work, and style. I can include that if requested for an additional cost, depending on the amount of RAW content.
What kind of quality can I expect on video projects?
Every piece of equipment I have produces 4K in multiple FPS modes, this includes both Sony Camera’s, DJI Drone, and GoPro. Quality is my TOP Priority! Even in Photography
